Job Summary We are seeking polished, discreet, and highly experienced aviation professionals to join our Charter and VIP operations team. You will manage complex, tailored catering orders, uphold the highest standards of privacy and security, and deliver a bespoke service experience that rivals the finest five-star hotels. • Bespoke Catering & Provisioning: Coordinate with high-end caterers and FBOs (Fixed Base Operators) to ensure specialized dietary requirements, sports nutrition plans, and premium beverage selections are loaded and impeccably presented.
• Absolute Discretion & Security: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger manifests, team strategies, and VIP behaviors. Enforce strict security perimeters while aircraft are parked at private terminals.
• Enhanced Safety Oversight: While service is highly customized, safety remains non-negotiable. You will conduct tailored safety briefings for teams and executives, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations in a non-traditional cabin environment.
• Logistics & Concierge Coordination: Work closely with team travel managers, ground transportation, and flight dispatchers to ensure seamless transitions from the tarmac to the hotel or stadium.
