This is a remote contractor role ideal for experienced professionals looking to earn extra income alongside their primary job or other commitments. In this role, you'll be called upon as needed to research, troubleshoot, and resolve Payroll-related issues. You'll also replicate complex problems, test solutions, and deliver fixes in highly configured environments. Key Responsibilities

Provide remote-based JD Edwards application support to multiple clients on an as-needed basis. Accurately document client issues in the case management system. Perform regression and functional testing on development updates to ensure quality. Collaborate with a virtual team to deliver timely and accurate resolutions. Required Experience 15+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a mix of business and technical consulting. 10+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards modules, including configuration, implementation, and support. Deep functional knowledge of JD Edwards Payroll (EnterpriseOne and World). Proven ability to troubleshoot complex software and data issues. Comfortable working independently in a remote, on-demand capacity. Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented. Familiarity with QA testing procedures and best practices. Ability to cover one weekend on call shift per month a plus
