IT Program Manager – AEP and Vendor Integration Program Expertise Looking for an IT Program Manager to deliver a fully integrated, high-performing experience platform (AEP) and drive vendor integration programs .Remote Roles – Must be based in Northern California (NCAL) – close to Pleasanton, CA to lead the Program Increment (monthly team meetings) which would require presence at the Pleasanton Campus Duration: 12+ months with possibility of longer term extension Pay rate: $90-$95/hr on W2 – NO C2C or 1099 – NO OPT or CPT Must be able to work directly on our W2 with no 3rd party involved If interested, please email your resume directly to [email protected] Role Oversee and drive end-to-end planning, execution, and integration of AEP (Accelerated Experience Platform/Adobe Experience Platform) across the healthcare organization. Manage relationships and performance for multiple vendors involved in the integration progra Maintain clear financial oversight and create committed schedules throughout the development lifecycle. Proactively manage risks and issues, ensuring program stability and timely resolution Act as the central point of communication for IT, business leaders, and internal teams regarding status, value, and progress. Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement in program management, leveraging tools like Jira and Confluence. Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and that all initiatives are strategically coordinated to support business objectives. Required: Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager with proven experience in leading the planning, execution, and installation and integration of AEP (Accelerated Experience Platform / Adobe Experience Platform) 5+ years of proven experience leading vendor integration programs in a technology environment, managing program financials for complex projects. Experience developing and managing robust schedules and proactively addressing program risks. Excellent communication skills; adept at engaging both IT and business stakeholders. (ability to make presentations to stakeholders) Direct hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for project management. PMP or equivalent certification highly regarded. Experience from a healthcare environment a huge plus!
