The IT Portfolio Platform Analyst will support the daily management of IT Portfolio Management platforms, assist with system configuration, user support, and maintain data integrity while engaging with vendors and users.

Responsibilities

• Assist with system configurations, including basic fields, views, and security settings
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests
• Support workflow setup for standard project tasks (e.g., approvals, status updates)
• Import/export data while ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Generate basic reports and dashboards for project tracking
• Provide first-level user support and troubleshooting
• Conduct system monitoring and basic maintenance
• Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting system needs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills

• Basic understanding of Planview or similar IT Portfolio enablement management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot basic user issues and system errors independently
• Basic customer support abilities
• Ability to follow structured processes
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated and organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft suite of products
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 1+ years of experience in system administration, IT support, or project management required
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Planview experience
