Your Mission Endpoint Management Manage Windows and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager Configure compliance policies, device profiles, and Windows Autopilot deployments Maintain application deployment and software packaging User Experience Provide end-user support for digital workplace technologies Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 and endpoint issues Improve productivity through automation and self-service solutions Enhance IT service delivery through ServiceNow workflows, knowledge articles, and process documentation Identity & Access Management Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory Manage Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO Administer SolarWinds ARM for identity governance, access management, and compliance Perform access reviews, recertifications, and audit support Collaborate with Information Security and business teams to maintain least-privilege access controls Your Talents Strong analytical, problem-solving, and service management skills Fluent in English Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows Autopilot, and modern endpoint management Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, Conditional Access, and MFA Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms and ITIL-based service processes Experience contributing to infrastructure and digital transformation projects Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently as well as collaboratively Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Microsoft technologies and best practices Are you in?
