Responsibilities

Assists in the development, inventory, storage, distribution, and destruction of forms as required under set practices of the Records Management Systems. Assists with conducting surveys to consider user needs. Creates and updates forms by using computer design software. Perform digitization of physical records and utilization of proper metadata Tracks records, information, and documentation from receipt through its life cycle. Categorizes and keeps physical and electronic documents. Provide training and guidance on records management policies and practices. Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Qualifications 2+ years' experience in records management. Certified Records Manager or ability to obtain. Proficiency in records management software and electronic records management systems. Ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Active Secret preferred.
