Role Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented Invoice Clerk to join our remote administrative team. In this role, you’ll help manage incoming invoices, maintain accurate financial records, and support day-to-day accounting tasks. This is a fully remote position designed for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently while staying connected with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process invoices in a timely manner
• Maintain organized digital records of financial documents
• Communicate with vendors and internal staff to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with data entry and basic reporting tasks
• Support month-end closing processes as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with vendors, team members, and other stakeholders
• Customer Service skills to promptly address inquiries and resolve billing-related discrepancies
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Basic familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
