Job requirements: Global Reporting: Manage day-to-day accounting and month-end closing across multiple regions. Tax Ownership: Handle tax preparation and filings for international jurisdictions; monitor local tax law changes. Accuracy: Maintain rigorous internal controls and support external audits. Optimization: Improve accounting workflows and implement best practices for scalability. Advisory: Provide financial insights to leadership for international expansion. What You Bring: Experience: 3+ years in accounting, specifically with international tax and compliance. Tech Savvy: Proficient with QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite. Communication: Strong professional English (written/verbal). Mindset: Highly analytical, organized, and capable of working independently across different timezones.
