As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate Intern Photographer to capture the energy, creativity, and connection that defines our community. Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Intern Photographer to join our team. This unpaid internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event and portrait photography within a dynamic dance environment. You will work closely with our team to document classes, workshops, events, and social gatherings, producing high-quality images that will be used for marketing, social media, and promotional materials. Key Responsibilities:

• Capture compelling and dynamic images during dance classes, workshops, events, and socials.
• Work with the team to plan and execute photo shoots that align with our brand’s visual style.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual content that enhances our online presence and promotes our events.
• Organize and manage photo files, ensuring that they are properly labeled and archived.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas for photo content.
• Assist in creating a visual narrative that reflects The Kiz Collective’s mission of connection, growth, and community.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency or interest in learning photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and post-processing.
• A creative eye with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in dance and familiarity with Kizomba/Urban Kiz is a plus, but not required.
