Intake Specialist - Over-the- Phone Team (Remote – Full-Time) Schedule Monday–Friday, 1130 AM - 800 PM EST Start Date May 18th, 2026 Location Fully Remote About the Role We’re hiring a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Specialist to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process referrals from case managers, clients, attorneys, and adjusters over the phone.
• Accurately input client and appointment information into our system.
• Communicate with clients reputed company phone, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate services and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain organized digital records and ensure compliance with company protocols. Qualifications · High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred · Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or workers’ compensation is a plus · Strong email etiquette, communication, and multitasking skills · Proficient with Windows OS, web navigation, and standard office applications · Bilingual (English/Spanish), required. reputed company Offer
