Career growth and development Diverse and collaborative working environment Paid Time Off Affordable and comprehensive benefits package Location: Johns Hopkins Home Care Group, Baltimore, MD-Hybrid Full Time (40 hours)/Day Shift Monday-Friday-9:30am-6pm with alternating Saturdays of 8:30am-5pm every 6-8 weeks Position Summary: Responsible for receipt and review of more advanced order requests. Ability to assess and navigate inquiries. Detailed oriented and resource to team for guidance of best next steps. Provide excellent service to customers during every interaction. Collaboratively work with team to further facilitate and promote product offerings and services. Respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner. Ability to complete service recovery and de-escalation.

Requirements

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years customer service, required
  • Experience working in a medical environment - familiarity with durable medical equipment, required
  • Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position.

Nice-to-haves

  • Post high school education or training - preferred
  • Experience working in a call center, preferred
