The role:

• Insurance defense litigation across a variety of complex matters
• General liability, commercial litigation, transportation, toxic tort, and professional liability work
• Depositions, motion practice, hearings, trial preparation, and client interaction

Requirements:

• California Bar admission required
• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience preferred (strong 1+ year candidates may also be considered)
