This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful training programs across diverse modalities. There is no application deadline for this role. *Instructional Design Specialist Responsibilities:* * Design and develop training programs and materials utilizing the ADDIE framework.

• Create engaging learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, eLearning, blended, and digital formats.
• Develop comprehensive course content, including storyboards, facilitator guides, assessments, and job aids.
• Conduct needs analyses and partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define learning objectives and outcomes.
• Manage learning projects from scoping and planning to deployment and evaluation, supporting continuous improvement.

*Instructional Design Specialist Qualifications:* * In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

• Proven experience applying the full ADDIE model to various training programs.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), Camtasia, and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and organization.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in instructional design and development, with a portfolio of work.
