You will conduct initial intakes and consultations, ensuring that clients feel heard and cared for from the very first interaction. Key Responsibilities: - Answering new case intakes via phone, email, chat, etc. - Gathering basic information about each new case and client. - Entering all information into our case intake and case management systems. - Following up with potential clients as necessary. - Tracking and managing all intakes. - Handling case declines and sign-ups as necessary. - Other responsibilities as the position develops. Qualifications: -Experience: Previous experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm is required. - System Knowledge: Experience with Neos/Needles case management system is a plus. -Language Skills: Bi-lingual proficiency is a must. -Personal Traits: Compassionate, comforting, and able to convey empathy and care over the phone. -Communication: Excellent “phone personality” with a friendly and welcoming tone. -Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of extensive data input and follow-up.
