About the client: Our client is an Aesthetic Medicine business dedicated to providing high-quality cosmetic treatments and wellness solutions. To support their growing patient base, they are looking for a dedicated specialist to bridge the gap between initial social media interest and clinical consultation. The goal is to provide a seamless, professional, and informative entry point for patients looking to enhance their aesthetic journey. About the role: We are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to manage warm lead outreach originating from social media and other digital pipelines. This role is focused on converting interest into action by guiding potential patients through the intake process. Your primary objective is to engage leads in friendly, informative discussions, capture necessary intake details (including credit card information, etc.), and successfully schedule free consultations. You will be the first point of contact, responsible for managing consultant calendars and ensuring a premium patient experience from the very first call. What you’ll be doing: Warm Lead Engagement: Promptly reaching out to leads from social media and other pipelines to capitalize on their initial interest. Patient Intake Management: Guiding potential patients through the full intake process, including collecting personal details and credit card information securely. Consultation Scheduling: Managing the calendars of clinic consultants to book and confirm free initial consultations. Informative Advocacy: Conducting friendly, low-pressure discussions to educate leads on services and prepare them for their appointments. Pipeline Coordination: Utilizing CRM tools to ensure every lead is tracked and moved efficiently through the booking funnel. Who are we looking for? 3+ years of experience as a telemarketer, intake coordinator, or in a similar inbound/outbound calling role. Proven track record of managing warm leads and driving conversions in a professional setting. Proficiency with Project Management and CRM systems is preferred. Experience with niche-specific medical software (e.g., Zenoti or similar) is a significant plus. A medical, Healthcare, or Aesthetic Medicine background is highly preferred. US-based work experience is required. Excellent English communication skills with a professional and welcoming phone presence.
