Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing premium service and building relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through telephone, chat, email, and social media correspondence

• Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Build relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
• Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications

* Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

• Written and Verbal Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Microsoft Office: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
• Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
