Job Summary

As a Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance through our live chat console. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your ability to think on your feet, multitask, and provide personalized experiences will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through our live chat console, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Engage in dynamic conversations with customers, building strong relationships and driving customer loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with our team to meet individual and company benchmarks
  • Utilize your knowledge of our website, products, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Think creatively and provide personalized solutions to customer requests and needs
  • Multitask and prioritize quickly, handling multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy, meeting or exceeding performance metrics

Requirements

* 75+ WPM typing speed (typing testing available at https://www.typingtest.com)

  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Career-oriented and professional
  • Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate is a plus
  • Fluent in multiple languages/bilingual is a plus
