Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to join our team of data experts who are passionate about unlocking business insights and driving growth. As a Senior Data Analyst at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business through data analysis, investigation, and interpretation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Assemble complex data analyses, visualizations, and reports that provide actionable insights to inform business decisions

• Answer business-critical questions and provide expert analysis on various business streams to improve customer experiences and drive conversions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and innovation
• Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data
• Apply statistical techniques (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, regression, etc.) to understand customer behavior and drive business outcomes
• Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making

What You'll Bring

* A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering)

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in an analytics and data science space with expertise in SQL, Python, or R for complex querying, high-level analysis, and data visualization
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analysis projects from unclear requirements to actionable insights and business outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and technical partners
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and communicating complex data insights to non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

* Master's degree in a quantitative field

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly)
• Experience with marketing analytics, customer journey mapping, and business intelligence
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate issues to management
• MBA or other multi-industry experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
