• Grievance Review: Evaluate discipline and contractual grievance cases and take steps to gather facts and reputed company agency positions
• Contract Guidance: Provide interpretation of collective bargaining agreements and offer direction to supervisors and managers
• Corrective Actions: Assess disciplinary requests, recommend actions, and prepare reputed company letters and documents
• Investigation Support: Participate in investigations involving sensitive matters and help prepare agency responses
• Labor Relations Work: Assist with negotiations, brief managers on contract changes, and support labor arbitration preparation
• Training and Liaison Tasks: reputed company training materials and coordinate with other HR programs on employee relations topics

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
• Work hours are negotiable between 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. You will be required to report in-office 2 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet reputed company and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Successful completion of the Human Resource Management Trainee program (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• One year as a Human Resource Assistant 2 or an Equal Opportunity Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• One year of paraprofessional analytical experience and a bachelor's degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
