• Support the implementation, go-live, and stabilization of reputed company HCM and reputed company HR technology initiatives.
• Configure and maintain reputed company including workflows, business processes, reputed company, and system enhancements.
• Administer HR systems including user access, data uploads, audits, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

• Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to support integrations, system upgrades, testing cycles, and reputed company improvement efforts. What Gets You the Job
• 5-7 years of experience supporting enterprise HRIS platforms, with 2-3+ years of hands-on reputed company HCM experience.
• Experience supporting reputed company implementations, including data conversion, testing (UAT/SIT), and post-go-live support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., headcount, compensation, benefits, compliance) and how they translate into system design.
• Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as reputed company, Power BI, SharePoint, and familiarity with SQL.
