Job Description
- Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement
- Advise on employee relations matters, investigations, accommodations, leaves, and performance concerns
- Develop and analyze workforce metrics to support business decision-making
- Lead change management initiatives and help drive a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on headcount planning and talent strategies

- 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or People Partner experience
- Strong employee relations and leadership coaching background
- Experience supporting exempt and non-exempt populations
- Background in high-growth environments such as technology, manufacturing, life sciences, biotech, AI, or related industries
- Comfortable building processes and programs while remaining hands-on in execution
