Job Description

  • Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Advise on employee relations matters, investigations, accommodations, leaves, and performance concerns
  • Develop and analyze workforce metrics to support business decision-making
  • Lead change management initiatives and help drive a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on headcount planning and talent strategies

  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or People Partner experience
  • Strong employee relations and leadership coaching background
  • Experience supporting exempt and non-exempt populations
  • Background in high-growth environments such as technology, manufacturing, life sciences, biotech, AI, or related industries
  • Comfortable building processes and programs while remaining hands-on in execution
