A day in the life. As our Healthcare Analyst on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll provide technical support to Client Executives and Client Managers in the development of new accounts and maintenance of existing accounts within the Employee Health & Benefits department.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Client Executives and Client Managers in the development of new accounts and maintenance of existing accounts within the Employee Health & Benefits department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3 year’s experience in a benefits analyst role with an agency or carrier
• 1 year experience in technical support and computer systems Nice-to-haves
• 5 year’s experience in a benefits analyst/underwriting/actuarial role with an agency or carrier
• 3 year’s experience in technical support and computer systems
• Missouri Life & Health license (required within 90 days of hire; company paid)
