The Health IT Data Analyst will develop reports, dashboards, and analytical products that enable Government leadership to monitor operational performance, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. This is a remote position requiring all work be performed in the continental United States. US Citizenship is required for consideration for this position. Essential Responsibilities Develop operational and executive dashboards. Perform quantitative analysis of healthcare and operational data. Build recurring and ad hoc reports. Validate data quality and investigate anomalies. Create visualizations supporting executive decision-making. Perform trend analysis and forecasting. Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements. Document reporting methodologies and business rules. Support performance measurement initiatives. Present findings to Government stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related discipline. Minimum five (5) years of data analytics experience. Experience developing Power BI or Tableau dashboards. Strong Excel and data visualization skills. Ability to obtain DHS Public Trust suitability.

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare analytics experience. Federal reporting experience. Knowledge of Power Platform. Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.

Compensation

Expected Salary Range: $70,000–$75,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location (if applicable), and final contract funding. This position is expected to support a federal customer. Employment is contingent upon contract award and successful completion of any required background investigation or security requirements.
