Our mission is to simplify global finance and remove friction from international business operations. Your mission We need a marketing leader who thinks in strategies and executes in sprints. You'll own everything from brand and SEO to go-to-market expansion into new verticals - reporting directly to the CEO and sitting at the commercial heart of the business. This is not a pure management role. We want someone who sets the direction and rolls up their sleeves to make it happen. Your Tech Environment What You’ll Do GTM strategy for new markets and verticals (e-commerce, iGaming, travel, marketplaces) Brand identity, positioning, and product messaging across all channels Website strategy and SEO - technical, content, and authority building B2B demand generation - LinkedIn Ads, paid search, and ABM targeting merchants and platform operators Industry events and partnerships (Money20/20, Pay360, and similar) Market research, competitive intelligence, and segment-specific ICP development Building and leading a lean marketing team and agency network What We’re Looking For 6+ years in B2B marketing - FinTech or payments experience is a must Proven GTM experience: launching into new markets or verticals Product marketing instinct - you can translate complex infrastructure into clear propositions Hands-on SEO and performance marketing skills, not just oversight Comfortable presenting to the board and working in a CMS the same week FCA-regulated environment experience is a strong plus
