As a Group FP&A Junior Analyst, you will support the FP&A team by aggregating and consolidating group results, driving consistency across markets, and playing a key role in annual planning and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate and consolidate total Group results, partnering closely with Group-wide FP&A to influence decisions at Exec and Board level
• Drive consistency and high standards across FP&A in all markets; simplify processes, improve forecasting accuracy and reduce manual work
• Identify risks, opportunities and levers across the full P&L (sales, labour, COGS, overheads) and connect insights to business decisions
• Key role in the annual planning and budgeting processes in collaboration with other finance leads

Skills

• Proficient in Financial reporting and Data systems (ideally Netsuite and PowerBI)
• Superb attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Strong logical and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong sense of ownership and proactivity
• Experience in a multi-subsidiary environment
