Creosote Affects is a creative agency seeking a Graphic Designer to support clients in visual output. The role involves collaborating with creative directors and account managers to deliver various design projects including brand identities, presentations, and digital/print collateral.

Responsibilities

• Supporting our clients in all aspects of visual output
• Directly support creative directors and account managers in delivering award-winning work
• Brand concepting
• Long-form layout
• Brand identities
• Branded collateral
• Presentation design
• Photo editing
• Motion graphics
• Production for both digital and print deliverables

Skills

• A college graduate with a four-year degree
• 1-2 years of experience in production or agency environments or relevant real-world experience through internships or freelance work
• Interested in meeting the demands of a small, full-service agency
• Proficient with the full Adobe Creative Suite, Apple products, Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Dual-minded: Highly creative but can also think within established brands and strategies
• Works collaboratively to develop branded collateral – social media content, short video reels, animated videos, brand identities, printed materials, and presentations
• Ability to execute conceptual direction and client feedback
• Excellent design, typography and layout skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects at once, multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a desire to collaborate
• Candidates must provide a design portfolio, as a URL or attachment, to be considered
