Preferred Qualifications

Experience in software development, customer support, or emergency services Knowledge of fire/EMS operations and compliance requirements Familiarity with records management systems Understanding of NERIS and NEMSIS standards Experience with cloud-based software solutions Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
