Required Skills  Outstanding communication skills, with a strong command of English, as interaction with US clients is essential.  An enthusiastic, approachable, and energetic personality with a sincere commitment to delivering exceptional service.  Foundational knowledge of sales principles and customer service methodologies.  Familiarity with the marketing mix and the capability to analyze market research and consumer behavior.  Proficient in creating spreadsheets and interpreting quantitative data to assess ROI and KPI metrics, including managing email campaigns and maintaining marketing materials. Qualifications  A basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is expected.  Experience in a sales or customer service capacity is preferred but not mandatory.
