Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Full Time Accounts Receivable Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. • Accurately input large volumes of accounts receivable data into QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger entries regularly to ensure consistency with bank statements and internal records.
• Assist with account analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume data entry within an accounting or finance setting, preferably in accounts receivable or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of QBO
• Excellent analysis skills coupled with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism via phone etiquette and customer service excellence.
