Employment Type: Full-Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Summary: We’re looking for a Fulfillment / Procurement Specialist to support the end-to-end delivery of devices and technology assets for our customers. This role sits at the intersection of customer requests, vendor ordering, and logistics tracking, ensuring that every order is placed accurately and delivered on time. A Fulfillment Specialist needs to be able to zero-in on the tasks at hand and have a strong understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This team works cross collaboratively with our implementation, delivery and client support teams. Mobile Solutions is looking for outgoing, detail-oriented individuals who excel in a fun, fast-paced environment. Essential Functions / Duties / Responsibilities: Manage dashboards across multiple platforms to efficiently deliver on corporate end-user’s requests Stay up to date with current mobility technologies and processes Follow a set process for processing customer orders within contracted SLAs Utilize internal software systems to accurately document all support activity Work closely and cross collaboratively with Mobile Solutions' internal Operations department Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 2-years minimum of experience in a high-volume order processing and data entry Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Cellular carrier and mobility experience preferred but not required Ability to capture and document processes clearly Good time management and prioritization skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to analyze data, own reporting and spot errors Problem Solver – ability to identify and resolve issues with speed Prime data entry and typing skills Exceptional Interpersonal and communication skills Excellent PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Office tools Proficient critical thinking skills Ability to multitask between multiple screens and systems Positive attitude and excited to embrace the company culture Passionate about providing 5-star customer service Physical Requirements (if applicable): Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Location: Remote, based in the Denver Metro area of Colorado. Compensation & Benefits: Mobile Solutions offers a comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits package. Paid time off. Compensation
