About the role Most of your early work will involve customizing and building WordPress themes using PHP, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript. Over time, you'll also gain experience working on marketing technology (MarTech) projects — like integrating with APIs or tools like HubSpot. What we’re looking for We are seeking a front-end developer with a solid foundational skillset and a strong desire to grow. You’ll do well if you have:

• Good understanding of HTML & CSS
• Experience with or interest in learning Sass
• Basic knowledge of PHP, especially in WordPress
• Familiarity with JavaScript fundamentals
• Some experience using Git
• Prior hands-on WordPress work (even personal or practice projects)
• Basic understanding of Advanced Custom Fields (WordPress plugin)
• Interest in learning how APIs and MarTech stacks work
