Job Description

Truck Driver Nation is seeking motivated individuals to join reputed company as Freight Dispatchers. We accept both entry-level/inexperienced candidates and reputed company dispatchers. As a dispatcher, you will coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and carriers, and ensure freight moves reputed company across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate freight loads for reputed company-operators and carriers
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
• Track shipments and provide clients with real-time updates
• Problem-solve delays or issues that arise during transport
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries Required Skills (Experience Optional for Entry-Level)
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, dispatching software)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple loads simultaneously
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn the freight reputed company process (for entry-level candidates) Preferred Skills (reputed company Dispatchers)
• Prior freight reputed company experience or trucking industry knowledge
• Familiarity with ELD systems and load boards
• Negotiation and reputed company confirmation with carriers and brokers
