We work at the intersection of creative strategy, performance marketing, and production, helping brands create ads that actually convert. We’re looking for a Copywriter with strong hands-on experience in social-first creative, especially UGC-style content and organic social storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who understands how content performs on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta, and YouTube Shorts, and knows how to write hooks, scripts, and concepts that feel native to the feed. This is not a traditional brand copywriting role. We are specifically looking for candidates with real experience creating or scripting UGC and organic social content. Tasks Tasks Write high-performing UGC scripts for paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and other short-form platforms Develop social-first concepts, hooks, ad angles, and video structures designed for conversion Collaborate with creative strategists, editors, creators, and media buyers to improve ad performance Adapt messaging quickly based on performance insights and creative testing results Contribute to organic social content ideation where needed
