Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Fractional CFO/CEO/COO/CRO with strong C-level connections to introduce cost savings programs to.

Qualifications

• Strong finance foundation with proven expertise in Finance, Financial Planning, and Financial Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Financial Statements, including analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, model scenarios, and support strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated success in senior or C-level roles (CFO, CEO, COO, CRO or equivalent) within high-growth or mission-driven organizations.
• Established network of C-level contacts in healthcare, benefits, insurance, or adjacent sectors, with a track record of building strategic partnerships.
• Experience in healthcare, health benefits, insurance alternatives, or related financial services is strongly preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively in a lean, entrepreneurial, fully remote environment, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA) are a plus.
