  • We are currently in beta and preparing for our paid launch over the coming months. As we move toward revenue generation and scale, we are looking for a strategic finance leader to help guide fundraising efforts, financial planning, and long-term growth strategy.

Position Overview

  • Client Link is seeking an experienced Fractional CFO focused on fundraising and growth to work directly with the CEO and leadership team.
  • This is a part-time Remote, equity-only leadership position for an individual who understands startup finance, fundraising, investor relations, and scaling high-growth software companies.
  • The ideal candidate brings both strategic financial expertise and a strong network of investors, advisors, and funding sources that can help accelerate the company's growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop financial models, forecasts, and growth projections
  • Lead capital planning and fundraising strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with angel investors, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic investors
  • Support investor outreach and fundraising initiatives
  • Participate in investor meetings, fundraising discussions, and strategic partnership conversations
  • Prepare financial materials, investor updates, and due diligence documentation
  • Advise leadership on pricing strategy, unit economics, profitability, and growth opportunities
  • Establish key financial KPIs and reporting processes
  • Assist with future fundraising rounds and capital allocation decisions
  • Help position the company for long-term acquisition and exit opportunities

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous CFO, Fractional CFO, VP Finance, Investment Banker, Venture Partner, Corporate Development Executive, or similar leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience raising capital for startups or growth-stage companies
  • Existing network of investors, venture capital firms, angel groups, family offices, and strategic partners
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, startup finance, company valuation, and fundraising processes
  • Experience working with founders and executive teams in fast-growing environments
  • Ability to communicate effectively with investors, stakeholders, and strategic partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous fundraising success, including examples of capital raises, investor introductions, strategic financing initiatives, or transactions they directly contributed to. Experience with SaaS, fintech, marketplaces, AI, or venture-backed technology companies is strongly preferred.
