Job Summary We are seeking a strategic Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to partner with our real estate consulting company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your extensive financial expertise to influence decision-making, optimize financial performance, and help with future planning.

Responsibilities

• Review margins on existing employees and service lines and make recommendations for changes to be made
• Identify ways to improve margins including cost control initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis and business analysis to consider mergers & acquisitions opportunities
• Supervise financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives including tracking production, profitability, and cost management strategies.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts such as risk analysis, fiscal management, cost reduction, and profit & loss statements.
• Proven ability in margin evaluation, strategic planning, and cost reduction
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data for actionable insights; skilled in financial modeling and forecasting.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Education:
