• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 1+ years as a tech lead or engineering manager
• Experience building products at scale (1M+ users)
• Comfort working across the stack (e.g., React, TypeScript, APIs, infra)
• Strong product instincts and user empathy
• Experience in early-stage environments
• Bonus: Background in consumer crypto, gaming, or embedded SDKs

About The Role(s) Depending on the team, you could be:

• Leading development of core user-facing apps and frontend architecture
• Building SDKs and APIs for external developers and platforms
• Scaling products across multiple chains, wallets, and user types
• Owning backend systems like payments, points, or wallet abstraction
• Collaborating directly with founders on product and company-building
