What you'll actually do On any given day you might be: Owning operational tasks end-to-end and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Chasing down information, vendors, candidates, customers — whatever the business needs Building, fixing, and improving the internal processes that keep things moving Jumping into whatever the founders need solved that day, and solving it Tracking numbers that matter and flagging what's off before it becomes a problem You'll be measured on whether things got done — well, and on time. Not on slides. What we're looking for You take ownership. When something's yours, it's done — no follow-ups needed. You move fast and figure things out without hand-holding. You sweat the details and don't let things slip. You genuinely care about the quality of your work. You want to build something of your own someday and want a front-row seat to how it's done.
