FurtherAI is seeking exceptional individuals to join their engineering team as Forward Deployed Engineers. In this role, you will build enterprise-grade AI agents, collaborate with experienced engineers, and implement cutting-edge AI capabilities while working closely with the CTO.

Responsibilities

• Build enterprise-grade AI agents from the ground up
• Work closely with our CTO, Sashank, who brings experience from building speech and language models at Apple’s AI/ML org
• Talk to customers, understand their flows, and translate those into robust agentic solutions
• Implement cutting-edge AI capabilities in production
• Collaborate with a small, elite team of engineers from Google X, Microsoft, Apple, Meta, …

Skills

• 1+ years of experience
• Recent graduate with a CS/related degree (or equivalent experience)
• Strong foundation in software engineering principles
• Passionate about AI, ML, and building intelligent systems
• Self-directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguity
• Experience with Python, modern web frameworks, and cloud infrastructure
• Prior work with LLMs, ML frameworks, or agent architectures
