• Comfortable with high school level Math and English
• This position does NOT require a teaching certification
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Test prep experience preferred but not required
• Positive attitude
• Engaging and entertaining presentation style
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to effectively communicate with students
• A passion for teaching and a desire to help students achieve their best possible test scores
• Desire to grow and receive feedback
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with national and state standardized exams preferred
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally for in-person instruction and accept work assignments during daytime hours, Monday through Saturday
• Compassion for all learners, including those from diverse backgrounds and with different learning styles
• Valid driver’s license
• Deep belief in the potential of all students and a passion for MasteryPrep’s mission
