Position: Fine Artist, Including Painter, Sculptor, or Illustrator Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $49 - $98/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10 40 hours/week Role Responsibilities

• Create and curate original artwork using traditional and digital techniques.
• Apply visual elements such as color, composition, and perspective to support AI training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define artistic objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze and document creative processes for AI learning and model improvement.
• Maintain and update a professional portfolio showcasing diverse artistic styles.
• Communicate artistic concepts and methodologies clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Support AI-driven creative initiatives and contribute to visual content development.

Requirements

• Strong experience in fine arts, illustration, painting, sculpture, or related fields.
• Proficiency with traditional and digital art tools, including design software.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and artistic techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and technical teams.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
