Responsibilities

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Financial Audit SME to work 100% REMOTE. The candidate must have an active secret clearance. The candidate should be able to create Audit Strategy and Audit Plan documents according to the specifications of the Navy Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. The Financial Informational System Audit Compliance Analyst shall investigate on how to perform audits based on what is currently being used for audit compliance and identify any new audit compliance that will need to be incorporated into the Appian Software. The analyst shall perform the following: Create/Maintain Audit Strategy Create/Maintain Audit Plan Provide Audit Compliance Milestones to Scheduler Report on existing auditing (Business Intelligence Advana/Jupiter) Perform Fit/Gap analysis of current audit procedures verses what is defined Lead Audit meeting with other team members and Navy International Program Office every week Ensure that all Audit Requirements are satisfied to include; Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM) perimeters addressing hardware, software, hosting location, and business process Confirm all Standard Financial Informational System (SFIS) requirements are met

Qualifications

Candidate must have an active secret clearance. Bachelor's degree and 8 yrs of experience or HS Diploma and 13 years of experience will be considered. 5 years’ experience with Auditing of DoD Systems 3 years’ experience with FISCAM and SFIS FISMA, SLOA, and USSGL, account audit requirements and standards. Any experience with FMS Case Execution processing is a plus Experience in working in high performing teams Strong analytical and problem solving skills , and the ability to navigate complex compliance issues Business Development Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews. Physical Requirements Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time. Travel Requirements <10%
