Job Opportunity Location: Berlin or Remote Salary: 30,000€ - 40,000€ annual gross salary Contract Type: Permanent Work Model: Full-time 38.5 hours/week, part-time possible Your Role at FCM Travel:

• Competent contact person for business travel: Via phone and email, you will be available for our business travel customers.
• Consultation and travel booking: You will take care of complete business travel processes using the Amadeus GDS.
• Sustainable customer relationships: With your helpful answers and expertise, you will ensure that our customers feel comfortable with us, recommend us, and come back.

What Sets You Apart:

• Not required, but helpful: Commercial training, e.g. travel agency professional, tourism professional, generally in tourism, hospitality, or gastronomy
• Several years of experience in a travel agency desirable
• Fluent in German and English to support our customers in writing and verbally
• Experience with Amadeus booking software
• Enjoyment of communication, dealing with booking tools, and open to new things in an exciting industry where you excel as a service provider
