Job Summary SysTechCare Support is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fashion Merchandiser to join our creative team in a fully remote reputed company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product planning, coordinating with design and buying teams, analyzing sales data, and ensuring alignment with market demands and brand identity. Key Responsibilities

• * Collaborate with the design, buying, and marketing teams to create compelling seasonal product assortments.
• * Conduct market research and trend forecasting to inform product selection and timing.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

• * Strong understanding of seasonal trends, reputed company markets, and consumer behavior.
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines remotely.
• * Creative eye for fashion with a strong sense of color, fit, and styling.
• Experience
• * 1–3 years of experience in fashion merchandising, buying, or retail coordination.
• * Previous experience in remote collaboration with international or cross-functional teams is a plus.
• * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online retail trends is advantageous.
• Working Hours
• * Full-time | Monday to Friday
• * Flexible work hours with mandatory availability for team calls between 1100 AM to 400 PM IST
• * Occasional evening availability may be required for coordination with global vendors or clients.

• * In-depth knowledge of garment lifecycle, merchandising calendars, and fashion supply chain.
