Responsibilities

• Research online trends in social media.
• Identifying trending formats and music on social media platforms for Fashion & Jewelry products.
• Provide occasional customer support if required.
• Writing copy for our Newsletter
• Document and present findings to influence the content development strategies by the marketing team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Fashion / Jewelry industry is required
• CapCut Experience is required
• Comfortable being on Camera is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with content management and distribution platform a plus
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as digital marketing, business, advertising, or communication
• Knowledge of social media platforms, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or X
• Analytics software, such as GTM, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Search
