Responsibilities

• :We’re looking for a Facilities Electrical Engineering Owner’s Representative to play a key role in delivering cutting‑edge semiconductor manufacturing projects in Boise, ID. This is a high‑impact opportunity to work at the heart of advanced manufacturing, partnering with a multidisciplinary team and key stakeholders in a fast‑paced, high‑tech environment
• .In this role, you’ll act as the technical owner and advocate for electrical scope during the Tool Installation phase of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You’ll provide engineering and design oversight for final hookups—including power distribution, grounding, and low‑voltage communications—while helping guide technical decisions in one of the most advanced industrial facilities in the world

.What You’ll Do

• :Provide engineering and design oversight during installation of semiconductor manufacturing tools
• .Review and influence electrical designs related to final power, grounding, and low‑voltage system connections
• .Develop and review technical specifications for tool installation
• .Review vendor submittals and design deliverables to ensure compliance with client requirements and applicable codes
• .Collaborate closely with facilities, construction, vendors, and internal project teams to ensure successful executio

n Qualification s:What You’ll Brin

• g:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited universit
• y.5+ years of experience in engineering design of building electrical system
• s.Strong knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC), and IEEE standard
• s.Experience selecting and specifying electrical equipment and system
• s.Proven ability to review vendor submittal against contractual and technical requirement
• s.Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary environment

s.Ideally, you’ll also hav

• e:Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) licens
• e.2+ years of experience with semiconductor manufacturing tools (design, installation or cleanroom use
• ).Field experience working directly with subcontractors and construction personne
• l.Familiarity with BIM/CAD tools such as Revit or AutoCA
