Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Initiatives: Support and drive global C&B initiatives, focusing on the analysis and development of variable remuneration systems.
  • Incentive Design: Contribute to the implementation of targeted incentive models aligned with corporate goals across various functions.
  • Global Tool Optimization: Continuously enhance global C&B processes and tools while ensuring compliance with international legal standards.
  • Benchmarking & Trends: Conduct comprehensive salary benchmarks and studies to derive strategic recommendations and market-driven salary bands.
  • Project Leadership: Lead or participate in regional and global C&B projects, acting as a key expert for internal stakeholders.
  • Process Coordination: Manage and steer annual bonus and salary review cycles in close cooperation with HR Controlling.
  • Benefit Portfolio: Further develop the global benefit portfolio to increase employer attractiveness and employee motivation.
  • Internal Consultancy: Serve as a high-level advisor for HR Business Partners and management on all compensation-related matters.

Your Profile and Requirements Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics, or a Bachelor's degree with extensive professional experience. Experience: 7–10 years of professional HR experience, with a strong track record in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in an international environment. Expert Knowledge: In-depth understanding of remuneration instruments, grading structures, and operational HR processes. Analytical Skills: Strong affinity for numbers and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable business insights. Labor Law: Proven experience in collaborating with works councils and a solid foundation in German labor law. Tech Savvy: High proficiency in HR IT systems and advanced Excel skills for data-driven decision-making (e.g. Successfactors). Soft Skills: Excellent communication and consulting skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset. Languages: Business fluent in both German and English (B2-C1 level) for effective international collaboration.
