Job Description

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative - Phone & Email Support, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via phone, chat, and email, assisting with various inquiries and delivering excellent service. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with their unique products and services. Your goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Strong computer skills and ease in navigating systems

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
