Key Responsibilities:

As a Work From Home Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries, addressing their needs, and escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and coordination

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with careerzynith's products and services (or similar customer service platforms)

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and one or more additional languages)
  • Experience with social media and online customer service platforms
