Job Summary

As a Web Chat Agent for Automotive and Recreational Vehicle Sales, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online support to our dealer clients, engaging with customers, and converting conversations into leads. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns

• Provide detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Schedule appointments based on customer needs, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
• Capture customer contact information for lead generation, ensuring accurate and secure data management
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary

• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM; 40+ preferred
• Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast typing skills are a plus, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or customer service setting

• Experience with CRM software and online chat platforms
• Knowledge of the automotive and recreational vehicle industries, including products, services, and market trends

Education Requirements

* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
